Shipping and Delivery
At this time, Rother Horsemanship ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Rother Horsemanship ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Subscriptions/Memberships and Trials
Subscriptions and Memberships, which may start with a trial, will continue on a month-to-month or year-to-year (depending on which is chosen upon signup) basis until the subscription or membership is cancelled by the Member or terminated by the Company.
The Member must provide the Company with a current, valid, acceptable method of payment to use the subscription or membership.
The Company will bill the monthly or annual Membership fee to the payment method provided when the Member signs up for the Membership unless it is updated or changed by the Member.
The Member must cancel the Membership before the Membership renews each month/year in order to avoid being billed for the next month’s or year's Membership fees.

Trial Memberships: A Membership may begin with a trial period lasting a pre-determined number of days (depending on the offer). Trial Memberships are for new and certain former members only. The Company reserves the right, in Company’s sole and absolute discretion, to determine eligibility for a Trial Membership.
Members will be automatically billed the monthly or annual Membership fee after the trial period ends. The Company will continue to bill the monthly or annual Membership fee to the payment method provided by the Member until the Membership is cancelled by the Member or terminated by the Company. Monthly and annual Memberships automatically renew each month/year at the stated retail price until the Member notifies the Company that the Member wishes to cancel. Cancellation Policy
All clinic and camp deposits are non-refundable; however, if cancelled 30 days prior to the event, the total of you deposit may be converted into a credit that may be used towards DVDs, online programs, or future camps or clinics (within 1 year of cancellation, unless an exception is made).
In the event of a sale or promotion where the entire camp or clinic is paid for, the credit may be used for the same type of event in the future if used within 1 year of cancellation. Any bonuses or additional addons that were included in the initial promotion or sale will be deducted from any refunds at full retail price.
Purchases of any EARLY-BIRD camp or clinic specials are NON-REFUNDABLE; however, if you let us know at least 30 days prior to the first day of the clinic/camp that you are unable to attend, a credit may be issued that can be used towards a clinic/camp at a later date (within 1 year) or towards the purchase of Steve Rother Horsemanship DVDs or online programs.
As of August 2021, if you are a member in good standing of our new EQuine Masterclass and have paid at least one annual subscription payment or paid over 10 months of the monthly subscription, you may qualify for a refundable camp and/or clinic deposit if you notify us at least 30 days prior to the start date of the camp and/or clinic you are scheduled to attend.
Memberships and subscriptions (i.e., Horse Teacher University) can be cancelled at any time with an email sent to [email protected] or [email protected] with the subject line "Please Cancel My Subscription".
Miscellaneous
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions.
